    Army M24 Build Thread

    Does anyone happen to have a picture handy of an M24 bolt from a late 80’s early 90’s M24? I saw the E series bolt a couple pages back (thank you for that!) but I’m trying to see a 90s bolt as well. Mainly looking for the last 4 SN punch, anything else is a bonus. Thanks all!

    Oregon fires

    I was camping in Sierra NF last weekend when I woke up to a car covered in ash and thick smoke from what I learned later to be the Creek Fire. When I got service I couldn't even believe that Oregon lit up too.... Stay safe all!

    Any argument to be made for picking up a rifle in 7.62x39?

    Definitely get one in 7.62x39 even if you don't stock up on the ammo. You never know when you will come across surplus ammo at odd times. I did this when 8mm was a big thing, now during these ammo shortages, I can still shoot while the common stuff gets put away until the 5.56, 9mm etc is...
