    Rifle Scopes LaRue rings- large gap between rings

    Purchased a set of new LT709 30mm rings from a fellow member. Turns out when I install my 10x SS 30mm, there is almost a dime sized gap between the upper and lower rings, on both sides. I have searched and many said its "ok" but is this to be expected from a company like LaRue on rings this...
