I have a pending F4 Trust from 11/5/23 (139 days). I also have F4 Individual from last Saturday 3/16/24 (6 days). It will be interesting to see if they batch the two. I very rarely do trusts (3-4%). Only if it is something I care to share with the wife and the value of it is under 1K.

Do you guys think the wait times for E-forms are at their peak now? I'm assuming they just finished the backlog of paper form-4s, so I would imagine the wait times from E-forms will soon be dropping from the current 260 day highs. Thoughts?

I have 8X form-4s (Individual) all sent via SS Kiosk and checks cashed 8/25. Called last Friday, and all were still pending... Gonna call them again tomorrow. I'm starting to get antsy now (60k worth of stuff). I'll call them every week at this point.
