    I shot my maverick in the short config on the same rifle at a match the weekend before. I would almost say the scythe/gen2 brake is marginally better than the maverick on the same rifle.

    Finally was able to get out and put some rounds down mine today. I haven't been able to shoot it back to back with my maverick yet, but I would say that it performs similarly.

    I agree, if you can find a place that is still teaching on manual equipment it will save yourself some time. Though if not, I wouldn't say it is a deal breaker. There is a lot of good info out there, especially on youtube. If you're serious about it, get yourself a lathe and some old barrels...

    That is what I am chasing. I had a TBAC Magnus k-rr and wasn't happy with its muzzle control performance so I sold it. lol

    Ahhh, was looking on my phone. Would like your thoughts on that one too! The Theorum-s and the Clovis are on my list. I just received the gen 2 brake today, my scythe will be here tomorrow. Didn't like the Magnus-k so I sold it.

    PRS Talk Dual Prs rifles? Same? Different?

    I have two, Both are in Foundation Stocks. Both have Tangentst, Reticles are different. Two different actions. Both same trigger set the same. One is a 6 dasher, the other is a 25x47. One has a TBAC Magnus K RR, the other has a 419 Maverick.
