    I think the obvious choices are going to be either the Mini-30 or a few SKS. Cheaper, both 30 cal. Either will outshoot an AR 10 anyday. You can even afford a few on Cartman's salary.

    7.62 LC Brass question

    We just discussed this on another site-m14forum-there are volume differences between the stuff from the 80s to the current stuff. For plinking, no problems, but if your loading anywhere near max I would sort by headstamp & weigh then workup.

    Couple of questions on LC once fired brass

    FWIW, I have about 5K of LC 13 from multiple sources. Some of it is beautiful and some of it was fired in MG and trampled before coming to me. Not sure if this effects the primer pocket tightness. I usually load 210 in it for first few loadings, then BR2 for more than 2x fired due to 210s...

    What is the brass from? Pre size HS and Post size HS? If your punching necks into the brass, you need to back off the die.
