Stay away from aluminum baffles. Also K's are a great design but don't work very well with high pressure rounds. Not saying they can't withstand the blast, just not as effective as say a cone baffle. Also I would loose the diffuser before the blast baffle. It works great on low pressure...

The last time I used a chronograph it was with in 25 fps or less with super sonic ammo. Knowing that subsonic has lower chamber pressures I would imagine it would be less of a spread. Not sure of your location but as long as you could keep it around 1k fps you should be good to go.
