    Why such a stigma with California gun owners??

    Texas doesnt have the best gun laws but im glad people from Utah dont attack us, well at least not openly. BUT things here are getting better! I think thats the issue with CA. The perception is that most gun owners are conditioned to their lousy laws.

    Thanks for the input. I started off so trying to figure out a good setup for $1000. Going used and bumping the budget up a bit helps a lot.
