    What is a half MOA rifle?

    If someone says they have a half MOA Rifle, does that mean all their groups are sub .500" at 100 yards, when using the correct ammo? Or does that mean the rifle shoots 1/2 MOA on a good day? -Chris

    Took the Wifes P22 out this morning, and it did this. Never happened before. As a round was in chamber, and the hammer forward, did a full trigger squeeze.
