    Hunting & Fishing nonresident elk hunting in WY

    i'd like to take my dad out cow elk hunting and was wondering if anyone has insight on good nonresident hunt areas, if the terrain is rough that isn't an issue, I just need to find somewhere with good public access, and hopefully a few elk thanks, Steve
