Make sure the person you're messaging is trusted and do not use PayPal Friends & Family for your purchase, this is a common tactic for scammers. Keep safe!

Do users need to be premium supporters to view/respond to WTB ads? Im not sure.
Seems like forcing scammers to share CC info would be somewhat of an added deterrent. Hard to know how much though.

No, we don't have to pay to reply to ads, they could always message too without replying.
I'm a moderator on the EE on arfcom and we have the same problem with scammers and WTB ads.
