5. As a result of the above 2-4, more small businesses go under and unemployment rises; the “hot economy“ fiction unravels. The reality of the economy is a focal point in the midterm elections.
6. Defaults on business and consumer loans due to 2-5.
This used to be fiction, but is now not so crazy. Its almost academic.
