Nice, but I'm gonna have to side with the others "rib eye of the sky" is the sand hill crane.

They are excellent table fare almost as good as whooping crane. LOL

Nice Honkers! Agree with the other posters, "Ribeye..." Sandhills. I refer to all geese as flying jerky. Don't try that with duck/teal unless you like "fishy" jerky.

Sandhills are Ribeye in the sky. NO Doubt, that is a nice load of honkers though!!!!!!!!!! We make landyeager sticks out of most of our Canadas.........
