Rifle Scopes +1+1+1 for US Optics!

I had an issue with a used ST10 I purchased, "it had moisture in the tube." I sent it in and while talking to them, I asked if they could install the ERGO option......to my surprise they said no prob, and it only cost me the same as the build your own scope option. What impressed me was they completely rebuilt my scope......including NEW GLASS, new lit rheostat, and gave me new turret covers.
In my opinion, USO went above and beyond to make me happy!

Yeah, they are a great company. I'm lucky they are local and I went in for some stuff and had some of the best service ever.

I only have one USO scope but the customer service that I experienced before, during and after the sell is what sets them apart.

No, what sets them apart is that they are built like tanks with great optics.( I agree with you about the service being top notch )
I have a SN-3 that dropped hard enough to break Seekins rings. The scope was not damaged, I remounted with new (USO) rings and rezero and the scope tracks perfectly. That was two years ago and I killed a hog with that scope a couple of weeks ago. Still perfect.

I sent them in an SN-10 for a cleaning and they rebuilt the whole
scope, replaced the erector and gave me a set of Butler Creeks with
there insignia on them. All free!!!

Just doesn't get any better than that

Good service is very important in the future! I think every dealer who want to do good quality product should be offer good service.
