Rifle Scopes 1-4 options

I need some real time feedback here gents. I'm setting up a 3 gun and need a mid priced 1-4 optic. Of the two i'm most interested in (VRX 1-4 patrol mil/mil or PST 1-4 mil/mil) which would you pick and why? Eye relief and reticle design are very important in this decision.

I plan on running this glass in a Larue SPR mount...
