1.5" OD barrel in an AICS Chassis?

Is the barrel channel large enough on AICS 1.5 to clear a 1.5" OD barrel without having to modify it in any way?

HMMM...that a serious axel to throw on a tactical stock...you would be better off with some sort of benchrest stock that rides the bags well...

in regards to the question, I will try to remember to measure when I get home but my instinct is no.

That's the OD of the Liberty Suppressors Mjolnir integral system so I was wondering if you could just drop it into an AICS.

I am 99% sure that 1.5" is too big for the AICS. I seem to remember a figure of 1.35" being maximum.

Call Mile High Shooting Accesories and ask them, they do some custom builds with some pretty large barrel diameters that they drop in the AICS.
