1 piece base by Brownells. Who makes it?

On my 5R build I used a Warne 20moa base, and just put together a 243 sps,bc hook stock, and put a 0moa Brownells base (steel) my only complaint is height, but it's built tough as nails, and I was just wondering who makes this base or if Brownells makes them their self? Any idea?

lol, thanks rgvt but in the past most Co's don't like to give that info out. Kinda like me seeing Colt's roll marks in some very interesting Machine shops.
But what the heck, I'll give it a try, I was at a bud's house who's a Sniper for a SWAT team and he said that's the only base they have ever used. thanks
