When we went into lockdown things changed. A lot. It sucked, still does.

There’s ALWAYS a silver lining. I’ve gotten to spend a considerable amount more time with my family since my side hustle was destroyed. It’s been great.

I’ve been working on several projects and it’s been rewarding.

So here is a neat Daddy Daughter project. A broken down 1993 F1fiddy. I got it for free99 and NOTHING cost more than a free truck so don’t say I’m lucky

When we got it, it was a mess. Rotten fuel tanks and fuel pumps, electrical issues....If it could go wrong it did and what didn’t wear out some kid who worked at autozone did his best to make my life worse.

Now it’s got a lot of new parts and it rides nice enough. Not gonna win any awards but it’s a neat project. Keeps me occupied and lets me spend free time w the kid.

Covid shed beginnings... 2000 BF of pine culls used, I planed the inside surfaces, rabited the standing seams, and used cedar for the roof.

My other project was a Cumaru deck around an above ground pool.

Finished my "Honey-Do" list(s). Got my home done, with all the little, okay, big shit that I poo-poo'd for the last 10 years. So there's that.
Now, if the Nation will just open back up, fuel stays below $7.00 per gal., maybe, I can go and do the things, a person goes and does, when they're retired. Mac

Built a 60x28 greenhouse for my wife, then gave up on all the shit I wanted to do for myself.

I've been retired for 5 years now, I've learned to not start any project I'm interested in because the wife will say that if I have enough time for that project, her's are just as important.

Then we talk about fringe benefits and she gets her projects done first.
