1000 yard range in Oak Ridge, TN

We're planning to take a mini vacation to Gatlinburg probably around the first of March. I've seen some stuff about the range in Oak Ridge and thought I would like to stop by on the way and put a few rounds down range. Is this range open to the public? If so, where exactly is it located?

If you'll give me a heads up a few days before you head this way I can meet you there. ORSA is a PRIVATE owned club. It's a members only kind of thing unless a match is planned that's open to the public. I'll be glad to give you a driving tour of the place when you come through.
