It depends:
Did you just push the shoulder back enough to fit the chamber, or did you push it back to SAAMI specs? For the former, the MV will likely change less than the previously measured SD. For the later, the MV will likely change less than the previously measured ES.
Both changes are likely smaller than the change in MV due to weather conditions (cold to hot) or from changing a jug of powder from batch A to batch B.
