6mmREM loaded with 41.5grs RE17, CCIBR primers, 105 Berger Hybrids and 105 Hornady BPBTs just off the lands. Pick the winner and why you think it'll shoot a better group.
Which is better is dependent on which load your rifle likes. Better ballistics is dependent on BC and the 105 Hybrid has the better ballistics of the two.
Not at all but you can't throw two bullets on the same powder charge and use that as a judge of which is more accurate. One might like the load better or be in an accurate velocity node and the other not.
Also the shooter might have preconceived notion of which will be more accurate due to name and cost and subconsciously shoot one better than the other. You would need to do it as a blind test.
As I said too many variables. Work up a load for each and see which the rifle likes better.
I know the Hornady shoots 41grs RE17 pretty well, thought id try .5grain more. Oh, it will be a blind test, cuz im blind, well, sorta. Torn vitreous doesnt help, either. I always give both bullets the best of chances.
