Has anyone else had issues with the 110 SMK.

I worked up a load in 6 CM with some 110s purchased in 2017. Shot amazingly. .3 MOA groups with a SD of 2-3 and .010" jump. After I shot through those, I purchased more this year. The base to ogive measurement on them was .017" longer than last years lot. Using multiple different seating depths, including one at .010" jump, I can not get accuracy better than 1 MOA.

I've since gone back to the 105 hybrid because I can't get this new batch to shoot. Has anyone else seen issues with the consistency of these bullets?

I've heard this, never gave it much thought. My very first box(500) I opened were all over the place in measurements, the 2nd box, same lot were primo. I ended up with 6K of one lot, and they do great split between 3 rifles, soon to be just 2.
I have to say, sometimes on a lot change with a fair amount of throat wear it can be extremely difficult to bring the load back. My suggestion would be to powder a bunch, long seat them on the lands and take your press and die to the range. If you are shooting good and not biffing shots, most of the time 2 of one seat depth is enough of a test.
I've rebarreled prematurely because of a lot change of 105 hybrids, I did everything I knew to no avail.
