So for fun I decided to see how fast I could push the 110 grn vmax out of my 24" Remington 300wm. I got them over 3900fps without seeing problems other than that around 3800fps they started going all over the place and sideways through the target. 1-10 twist is two fast apparently. They sure do make an awesome whack on steel though.
