We did this in CF tonight For time
1 Burpee Pull Up
2 Turkish Get Ups 16k kettle bell
3 Knees to Elbows
4 Wall Ball Shots 20lb ball 10' high
5 KB Swings 32k
6 Box Jumps
7 Push Press 75lb
8 Ball Slams 15lb
9 Double Unders
10 Jumping Lunges
11 Push Ups
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75 lb
You start with 1 Burpee pullup
then do 2 Turkish get ups and 1 Burpee Pullup
then 3 knee to elbows , 2 TUTK get ups and 1 burpee pull up
then 4 Wall ball throws 10' 20 lb ball , 3 knee to elbows, 2 TURK get ups 1 burpee pullup
then 5 KB swings , 4 wall ball, 3 knee/elbow ect all the way through the list.
I did it in 23.25 tonight. Hard workout. If I wasn't so smoked from Monday I think I could've done a sub 20.
I'll be doing this one again before next Christmas. I think it's a well rounded workout. I liked it. Maybe throw this in as an extra workout on a Sat or Sunday every now and then.
