14.5” Intermediate Gas AR Barrel Options ??

I've been looking for the same thing. Salient has one I think, not sure if they've ever been in stock anywhere though. Radical Firearms had one for a while, it was cheap and is now discontinued.
My use would be 3 gun so I'm not interested in paying top dollar or going custom for something I fully intend to torch in short order.

Some places have the lantac on sale for $250 but I’m not seeing where they are listing the weight anywhere. Really want under 2 pounds for the barrel.

Trying to scope options out and will be looking for Black Friday sales haha

In stock for $250?
Midway has the shipping weight at 1.945lbs, don't know what the box weighs. It has the same straight .750 contour as my Stretch16 and that weighs around 1.9 IIRC with another 1.5" of barrel.

Definitely considering the salient. It’s more than I wanted to spend as well but their description states: “These barrels come with a Lifetime warranty- so if you can shoot them out we will give you a new one, free of charge.” Would be worth it for sure if you just got one replaced imo after shooting it out

I'd be concerned about a company thats primarily a boutique Glock builder that caters to basement operators still being in business when I burn out their barrel though. Could be a great barrel, but the last two lifetime warranty barrel companies I can recall are long gone.

There is a criterion for $190 in the PX.

Also an Applied Ballistics.

FN makes a CHF 14.5” middy.

Lots of choices.

FWIW, my Criterion shorty shoots darn well.
Its not a “group” gun, but shoots better than the others built for the same purpose.
Kinda tempted to put a 1-4 on it and shoot for groups just once.......

Craddock Precision uses Criterion blanks as their more economical option and are still awesome shooting barrels. You can have them make you one. Would probably be just above your price point. But not by much.

Thats it, I knew I had seen a 14.5 Intermediate somewhere else.
