Absolutely, shoot them with the can off and make sure they make round holes in the paper first. If you have a chrony it would help to see what your velocity is as well.
I don't know what your temps are like where you are, but right now in the winter my subsonic loads that were subsonic in the summer/fall are not subsonic in below freezing temps here in AK. I've had to re-work my subsonic loads down some. Even though they would normally be stable at 100 yards, now due to the lower temp they tumble at 100 yards. Up close they leave the barrel stable but either they are tumbling before or on impact at 100 yards. I've used 208 amax, 220gr Hornady RN and the Sierra 220gr RN with the same powder charge. But again, my loads, my rifle.
