I had a 1909 Argentine given to me and I was just curious where all to check for serial numbers and if this one has a import stamp, where would it be located and what would it look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
if they didn't change anything, check the side of the receiver, bolt side, forward of the bolt for serial numbers. Also, the bolt sometimes, unless it has already been ground off.
I've got an 1891 Argy in 7.65. old girl still goes boom reliably.
