But seriously think about this, what do you think are the chances of someone using those outdated shooting techniques coming out on top of an adversary who is just as good but is using more modern, efficient, and faster shooting techniques?

Same results as if our fire and maneuver military faced a military that used the tactics of massed close order formations and reliance on volley fire.

Up until not too long ago, Bob Vogel was a cop at a small town PD about a hr north of me. I think he's still a reserve officer or deputy.

God help whoever crosses him.

You'll have to ask Vogel. I'm sure he has good reasons for teaching what he teaches.

But if I may guess, because you're more accurate and can deliver fire faster when your sights are steady.
