I mean the bullet thingy that goes in the handlel thingy. LMAO Okay...so im not a handgun shooter. Yall caught me. But im still jazzed about a new toy. Im just glad i hit anything with it. Gimmie a year and check back and see if i dont shrink that group alil.
my FNP tags a pepper popper at 100yds all day long, yours can too. shooting paper plate is excellent practice also

I tried to pay close attention tonight and my natural tendency is to use the top of the front sight post centered on the bullseye and I was shooting low every time so the second mag I made myself hold where the dots were centered on the bull's eye and it covers up most of the target but I have much better results
I have not shot very many handguns but this is very low recoil and hasn't jammed in 2 boxes of shells I took it apart to clean and it was not overly greedy or dirtyit feels great in my hand I can't compare the treasure to anything because I haven't shot many but it definitely is not hard to pull

Make sure you check for the mag-tilt flaw. You'd hate to find that out when you really needed it.
My fnx45 and fnx45t are both going to fn to fix that. It's the mag catch, but I hear some guys don't have that problem.
Enjoy the gun! It likes 230grains.
Oh, and check out the dpm (zahal) recoil system. It makes that thing a really soft shooter!

Well, neither of mine will cleanly eject an empty mag, and if during insertion you tilt the front of the mag forward (so that the feed lips press towards the trigger while in the magwell) , it can catch on the magazine catch. Some have it as more of an issue than others. They need to shave the mag release tabs inside of the gun. It can be so bad as to completely deny insertion of a magazine. Shitty on a $1100 pistol. Even shittier that it is a common issue which they refuse to address. My fnx 45 from last year has it, and my 45T (test fire in April 2014) still had it.
I know, I know, you shouldn't be inserting a mag at an angle, but in a defensive situation, do you really want that to be a possibility? I've never had such an issue with any other handgun I've owned, and in my opinion, the greatest flaw in their system.

That is exactly what I have. But i havent had any mag issues. Hopefully I got a good one.
