Gunsmithing 2-piece bolt, 1-piece bolt, and integrated handle

I am wondering what is meant by a 1-piece bolt, does this imply that the entire bolt body is 1 piece, or does it imply that the entire bolt body as well as the handle are all made from 1 piece? I understand that some manufactures are making a 2-piece body, and then screwing them together along with a weld. Would a bolt like this with a soldered or welded handle be called a 3-piece bolt?

Thanks

I think the 1 piece bolts refer to a bolt that is cut entirely from one solid piece of material. I think most have a threaded on bolt knob of some sort.

Any one know how the 700 bolt head is assembled to the body is it threaded, shrunk fit slip fit in a counterbore, then brazed, any reports of failure?

Press fit, silver brazed, with a blind pin, unless they changed something.

+1 on the brazed and cross pinned.
I made a replacement bolt for a very high end, lengthened action, 375 H&H Mauser rifle once using the same technique.

In 32 years of shooting I've never heard of one rotating or moving. The bolt handle will come off long before you could shear the pin and break the joint loose. If that's even possible to do. You have a .500" long section that is brazed with a cross pin that has a head diameter of .200".
