20 rnd Pmags to California?

Yes per CA law they have to be disassembled into rebuild kits meaning the magazine cannot be shipped into CA as a ready to go assembled magazine if being sold to a civilian purchaser. The magazines are legal to ship into CA and legal to own in CA if the letter of the law is followed on the buyers end. Its up to the buyer to keep them as rebuild kits or re assemble them with some sort of 10 round limiter.

If the buyer is LEO then you don't have to take them down just ship them whole.

I own over a dozen of the .308 pmags and several dozen of the .223 pmags. All are configured as per CA law.

Yep, legal to buy them as kits in Kalifornia. I have been told that you can assemble them into hi-caps as a replacement for worn out or damaged pre 1994 ban high caps that you already own... But is is a good idea to keep the "damaged" (crushed) hi cap bodies you are replacing as proof (as P-mags did not exist in 1994 so you need to prove you have them as legal replacements). I have three pre-1994 Orlight mags that barely hold 30 rounds in anymore. If you smack them, 2-5 rounds will pop out of the feedlips. Been looking for some mag rebuild kits to "fix" these myself...
