I am going to change out my 20moa rail to a 40 on my 338LM. I already have my zero set for the 20, can I just dial the scope down 20moa and mount it on the 40 MOA rail and still be close to zero? Sounds simple and I know I have enough in the scope to do this. Just curious

Yes you can. If the mechanical mechanism in the turret is precise. Tough to manufacture them that precise so you may want to confirm zero. It could be a hair off in either direction.

Thanks, I just was curious. When I calibrated the scope NF (5.5-22X56) up to 60Moa it was only 1 click off, so it should be very close but I will recheck zero.
