A couple of weeks ago I did this test at 100 yds and posted it here. I had stated that I was going to take the 48, 48.3, and 48.6 groups out to 300 yds. I finally got the time to do it but somehow I forgot to load the 48 gr set.
Judging by the results I'm on the right track. The 48.6 is just barely over 1/2 MOA at a velocity of 3032 fps and an ES of 14. I think it would have been smaller but I bucked the 3rd shot. Even so, I'm happy with the results. Next I'll take it out to 600 yds.

Here's a pic of the 100yd test.

What's left to be said that's not already stated above, Damn Nice. What twist? Keep us posted. Like to follow load work ups and seeing different yardage results. Keep up the good work.

My load is 155gr Noslers in front of 50.0gr MR-2000. Was a good node in my rifle, no pressure issues. I can't get any more in the GI cases though. Not sure how high I could go without pressure issues, the case is too full.

Very nice! I have used a bit of 2000MR under heavier bullets (185-200), but not the 155s yet. I've got a 20" 10tw .308 that seems to like S2156MKs quite a bit with faster powders; I've been meaning to get it to the range and see how it does with 2000MR - mainly because that should work especially well out of a powder measure! ;)
