After looking all over for my favorite .300WM bullets (A-Max 208's) and striking out, I'm wondering if I should give the Nosler's a try. I've had great luck with their 110gr. 6.8 offering...

Any love out there for the 200gr. Nosler Accubond? If so, do ya have any "pet" loads for the .300WM you'd care to share?

Thanks...

My buddy just got 4 boxes of 208 Amaxes in the other day. He had them on backorder from midway for about a month. They might be getting easier to find.

I ran 200 grain accubonds in my 300 weatherby. They shot great. In fact I still have 4 boxes of them sitting on my shelf. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them.

My favorite 300 Win. Mag. load.

Velocity out of my 28 inch barrel is about 2,850 fps.

The 200 gr. AB is an outstanding bullet. I shot some unbelievably small groups at 500 yds and they did very well out to 1000. Excellent on-game performance, too. Just don't expect the elevation and wind that you get with the 208's. Better than 200 smk's but the 208 is still king.
