2013 Ft Benning International Sniper competition - results/AAR anyone?

We were there for the last day of the competition on Friday. Because of the stupid government shutdown, the whole competition was kind of "unofficial". It was almost scrapped but with all the foreign teams planning to go, they still held the match. There were seventeen teams there. Several US teams didn't go due to the shutdown.
The AMU guys (Tyler Payne and Daniel Horner) took first place. They were the winners last year too. 3rd Group guys were second. UAE team was third.

Lot of top tier shooters were denied going! Crap of an act on .mil decisions. I personally know teams that offered to go on their own dime after gaining slots but were denied leave.
From what little I could find on the web I thought something was funky. Way to go Payne/Horner. I know it's their job to win but it's very impressive they can do it so consistently against very solid competition.
