Gunsmithing 22-250 to 260

Is it possible to change my 22-250 to shoot 260? Do I need a new bolt to do this or is it some thing a gun smith can change? I know a new barrelis needed. Be gentle!

What action/rifle?

bolt face diameter is the same,
should be able to just swap the barrel....

Yep, seems most of my 260/308/243 build's have been made with 22-250 donor actions. I prefer the early Remington's and it seems that I can find the skinny barrel 22-250's cheaper than anything else. Yep it an easy change over, no worries.
