Im going to go into the dredid lower (frame) of a 22/45 to install a bushing and polish up everything, does anyone have a go to video that shows disassemble / assembly?

YouTube worked for me. Or check out rimfirecentral.com. Just watch out for the sear spring, make sure you pull it out of the groove in the pin before you push it out. Ask me how I know about that. It's pretty easy after you do it once or twice.
