.223 1:10 twist bullet

Hello all. I've searched and couldnt find my answer so here is the question.
I have an AR with a 1:10 twist on a 20"bbl. What is the best bullet weight?

I have a Sig 556 DMR with a 1:10 twist in a 21" heavy barrel. Contrary to conventional wisdom, it shoots the 77gr SMKs the best. There's another member here with the same model who did an extensive write up about bullet selection for 1:10 in .223. GSTAYLORG is his user name, I believe. Do a search for threads authored by him.
