.223 AI ar15 loads

Does anyone have any data on the 69 gr Sierra Matchking or Hornady 68 gr HPBT with Benchmark or Verget? 1-9" 24" barrel.

Looked through the AI thread but wasn't finding anything. I have 500 of each to go through and then probably move into the 75 gr Amax.
