Gunsmithing 223 chamber to wylde

Can a 223 chamber be converted to a 223 wylde by use of a reamer?

Probably be easier to just throat the 223 a bit more.
Rest of the dimensions are really close.

hell,,,I’d be surprised if most manufacturers aren’t running a bit more throat on their 223 barrels anyway for some extra fudge factor.

tell me lots of people aren’t buying XM193 for their cheap 223’s
