.223 z-max?

Is there any differances in the zmax and the other btsp hornady bullets. Midway has 55 grn @ 65.00 for 500. Figured that's cheap for just shooting shit.

fairly sure the Z-max stuff is the exact same as their critical defense and v-max stuff just in a different color.

That is a tempting deal. I might have to order some and check them out (even though they are on backorder now). They have to be better than the crappy bulk remington 55gr FMJ's I am running through my ar now. Some of them look like chewed bubble gum right out of the package.

I know the z-max was introduced for the zombie ammo but I don't think they are very different from the v-max's.

Z-max is just a vmax with a green tip.
