.224 bullet weights for various twist rates?

I'm going to choose a bullet and develop a load for a friend's .223 bolt gun. I searched (really, I just suck at it) for some guidance on how heavy a bullet can be used with various twist rates.

Thanks for the links and info. Twist rate is unknown until this evening when he will check. We shot this thing last night at 750 yards and had so much fun with my AR plinker loads that we've decided to get serious about it. Should be fun.
