22Creedmoor Alpha Brass/95gr SMK Reloading Thread

Just ordered 200pcs of Alpha 22CM brass and I have 1k 95gr SMKs, a ARC Mausingfield, Manners PRS-1 and a Bartlien 1-6.5 Medium Palma blank sitting on the shelf awaiting assembly.
When the brass gets here I will load up 3 dummy rounds with the 95smk for Marc at Spartan Precision to submit to JGS for a reamer and I think we are off to the races.
I still need to get the brass to measure neck thickness to order the proper neck bushing for a Redding 6.5CM FL bushing die, and order a 22cal seating stem.

For those who have been loading this round with 6/6.5cm brass necked down, what’s the down low so far with the 95gr SMK?

Just got my Alpha brass delivery, as well as my modified case gauge and 1 box of Copper Creek loaded ammo with 95s. Took neck measurements and .2555 was the average, so I ordered a Redding .253 TiN neck bushing and a 22 cal VLD seating stem for a new set of 6.5CM dies I purchased for this project. Time to get some dummies loaded up for Spartan and JGS and get this party started!
