22LR 4 round holder, who needs one?!

I had a member request one of these and am close to a final design. I’m pretty happy with how it’s coming along!

If there is interest I’ll put them on the site.
I can’t compete with China so these will likely run $29. I may list them cheaper and let some of the $10 flat rate shipping cover part of it so I don’t have to make a new shipping option on the site.

Too difficult to load individual rounds in a .22 so a mag holder would be a better solution for me. Maybe loading single rounds in your rifle is easier.

Looks great though. I do like it.

What Jefe’s Dope said. Loading single rounds on the clock is way to slow. A magazine holder for the various models of 22’s would be better. Right now no one is making one for the T1X. I ended up making my own based on the one Short Action Precision makes for the CZ455. As Jefe’s said it does look good though.

I also made my T1x mag holder. The underside was the best option for me. I tried other areas but didn't like it. This was only possible because I had the piece here to modify, if Precision Underground made something like I take a look seriously at buying one. I also believe turning the mags sideways may be better to reduce their footprint height.

My side mounted option was getting in the way of the mag release. Maybe if I tried it on the right hand side it might have worked better. I believe the Bravo stock would benefit from a recessed area at the mag release and also why I mentioned having the mags turned sideways.

Everyones reasoning for using something like this, or not using something like this, differ
My reasoning is such that with prolonged use debris will form inside cavity/insert.
22 rimfire target ammunition has lubrication on the lead projectile. The debris will stick to the lead and down the bore it goes, like sandpaper at about 700 miles per hour.
