I really want a starter LH rifle, but didn't want to deal with the old v1 ejector system that eventually has to be tweaked. This has got me thinking now if I can get myself a LH gen2, that'd be great.

Thanks for the update. My Gen 1 had feeding issues years ago, so I tweaked and they were resolved. Recently it has not been ejecting empty cases, and/or ejecting both the empty and the round being fed. I’ve tried to tweak it again, but am still getting empties left in the bolt area. Should the front of the spring be high, in line with, or low in relation to the slot? Should the front end of the spring be held back in the slot, or come all the way out?

I got lucky, I never had a problem with mine. My son's girlfriend neither. Many thousands of rounds through each.
