Unlikely. Not enough guns out there.
For a conversion to sell, there have to be LOTS of guns extant: Glocks, 1911s, Browning HPs, Berettas, etc.

There realy isn't much cool crap for the USP. You can't even find the dorky match weight thing to go on the front. I'd buy one, I've been dipping the trigger. I'd fix that w/ a match trigger but can't even find that.

The short answer is that nobody currently mfgs a .22LR conversion kit for the HK USP. Ciener talked about doing the project a few years back, but nothing even came to be...most likely as a result of demand vs. costs/investments for them to build it.
Simply put, there has NEVER BEEN, nor will there likely EVER BE quality aftermarket support for any HK weapons platform. Sure, some companies have offered excellent aftermarket kit for various HK rifles/pistols over the years, but they are few an far between and most if not all of them no longer provide the parts/accessories they once did.
As for Mr.Kirk's comments...finding any HK part in the States is a tall order. Here is a list of my usually "go to" suppliers for all things HK, but also don't forget that the HKPro forums have numerous classified ad sections where you can often find things like Match triggers, Match weights, etc., in addition to GunBroker if you are willing to be raped/pillaged on the prices people seem willing to give on GB!
