243 Ackley H4831SC and 105 Berger BT

I am about out of Reloder 23 and was going to try some H4831SC in my 243 Ackley with the 105 Berger bt target bullets. Has anyone had good luck with this combo?

Can’t say on that. I do have two 6x47L’s that I load with H4350 and Berger 105 Hybrids.

They both shoot lights out.

I know this is an old thread but what were your findings on the 4831sc in the 243 AI ?

A few years ago I had the same setup and 4831sc was very accurate h1000 gave more velocity but not quite as accurate. The h1000 also spit out more un-burned powder on the winter snow.
No sorry I don’t remember the load data.

I ended up biting the bullet and bought 5 lbs of r23. I never tried the 4831sc with the 105.

I can't remember if I fireofrmed my 243AI brass with 4831SC or 4000mr, but after that I used 7977. I would think 4831SC would be a excellent choice though.
