243 AI dies

Can you use a standard 243 neck sizing die and bullet seating die for an ackley improved. I don't see any reason to Full length size. I realize that I need to fire form the cases in the intended gun first. I was planning on using a near max charge of R17 and jamming the 105 amax into the lands for the fireforming loads. I just want to get rid of the R17 and use H4350 for the real thing. I am not interested in the cow method.

You can use the seater but not the sizing die. I would strongly recommend FL sizing each time. Once your brass starts to tighten up it has work hardened to the chamber dimensions and sizing will get it back into the chamber but won't help getting it out.
