243 barrel length?

Looking to build a hunting-tactical rifle in .243 - thinking of keeping length 20 to 22". Suggestions.

20-22" would be fine. Your not going to get the velocity like the guys running 26-28" barrels. But for hunting I like a short barrel, Makes it a lot easier to get through the woods.
