Rifle Scopes 3-20x50 PM II/LP/MTC/LT VS 3-12x50 PM II/LP

Hello from Germany

I want to buy my first long range scope.I can decide between the S&B3-20x50 and the S&B 3-12x50 PM II/LP.If I would decide for the 3-20 i just had to pay 50 euro more.
The Scope should be use for hunting.I had read that some of you had same problems with the 3-20 and that the image compared to the 3-12 is not so good.Maybe you can help me with my decision.
I have also the decision between 1/4 moa and 1 cm adjustment.How would you choose and why.

Hi Norbert, I've never heard of the 3-20 being worse than the "old" 3-12x50. As for the turrets, go with cm! You will match the reticle and find yourself to be more comfortable with compensating for elevation and windage (especially for us europeans). Tchuss
