Suppressors 3 lug wobble

I have a Rugged Obsidian 9 and finally got a 1/2x36 3 lug mount for my 9mm PCC. It is a Kaw Valley mount but I haven’t found anything bad about them from searching online.
The problem is I am getting wobble from the setup. I have always used direct thread mounts, so I have no experience with any other systems. I know wobble on direct thread is a definite no-no. But googling it seems like 3 lug it may be ok.
Any input, success or otherwise?
i have also emailed Rugged, but with thecurrent situation it may be awhile before I hear back.

Not really answering your question but I had wobble with an early version SiCo 3-lug adapter. Like you I read not an issue and that was true. Still bothered me but the latest gen SiCo adapter eliminated the wobble and is shorter to boot.

Trilugs will have some wobble. Just the nature of the design. Mine had too much and I got a baffle strike. Company fixed the can. But I got away from them after that. I use direct thread or Keymomicro adapter for my 9mm sun gun cans now.
